Present For A Cat?
19 Answers
Need advice from AB cat lovers ...
Cat belongs to a friend (not close) but thought I'd get her cat a xmas present and I think she would prefer something for the cat as adores it.
Its about 6/7 yr old house cat I think but she only got it recently and has alot of cat stuff already...so not sure what to get.
I have never had a cat and short of getting it a mouse in a bag!? (only joking)what do you think would be good, fun or a bit different that owner would also appreciate?
Any suggestions would be great. .. Thank you

However - catnip mice, things on strings or poles to keep the cat active and jumping, pet treats. Or a nice blanket. We bought a couple of lovely woollen lap blankets to keep US cosy watching the TV on cold nights - the cats have catnapped them.

Some of these suggestions are great...thank you so much. Honestly I would never have thought of some of these. I'll keep away from collars. Blanket good idea.
The spider breeding kit sounds well just the kind of thing jomifl !!! different - definately different.
Never heard of Dreamies ...but will look into it... with the spiders...Mojo, a line for cats!
I agree anything catnip based as my 18 week old kitty was like a herion addict as soon as I opened the packet.I know wilkinsons do pouches of catnip and I'm pretty sure most supermarkets sell catnip choccy buttons(they are green which looks a bit worrying).Failing that a scratch-post/climbing activity centre.I know of friends cats who love off cuts of salmon/tuna which can be bought quite cheaply from supermarkets
Hope this helps.
P.S. I'm pretty sure your friend would love an xmas card from her cat, they can be bought from most card shops :D
