For goodness sake no I don't think a mother would arrange to have her child being bitten for internet fame. However the injuries shown are separate to the clip and the cameras do follow the dog from every angle required. I accept to be told it's standard security cameras. I think it's as aaww as everyone else, so I'll leave it at that.
