Good Morning Early Birds!

Thursday. Quite a mild night, I was able to sit out in the back garden and enjoy a drink while Snowy hurtled about like a demented shuttlecock We've been walkies and she is now chasing a ball. It tired her out nicely. :o}

We have been walkies and now she is supervising my typing.

Tiggy came out but stayed among the bushes. He doesn't know snowy yet, but came and had his supper while I had herself on my lap.

Light cloud this morning, but I think it's going to be a nice one.

Morning baths. xxx So sorry to see that. Some people should not be allowed to sit in the front of a car, never mind aim one.


minty a mutipoint boiler has all your central heating and hot water in one unit. Very efficient and cheaper to run. I have one, it's brilliant.

a condenser boiler that does tricks ! it reuses energy somehow so you get double the output for the same input....new valves on all the rads

That sounds similar. As long as it does the job efficiently and is cheaper to run.

fed up with old back boiler ..all this having to put water on malarkey..and I also inherited a monstrous baxi fire thing ..it sticks out, meant to look like a fire but it is hideous..so can finally get rid of that and slot in a slim line coal fire effect doodah

engineer said 40% of heat gets lost up chimney with back boiler..so it should be cheaper..and warmer !

He's right minty. My mutipoint has a thermostat, so it's set and forget. I can turn the heating on and off as required and the hot water is! I can set the temperature of the water.

Indeed. It was put in earlier this year. New pipework, new radiators, the works. I love it! The old pipes were under the floor, the new ones are boxed in and can be painted, so they hardly notice.
