Mr maxie has not been eating for two days now-. I put out a nice meal for any dog - dry food, wet food, chicken etc. He has not touched that.

So I said to myself since he loves bread - I made him toast and scrambled egg which he ate some months ago. Hasn't touched that.

Now we are in bed for the night which means no food in him for quite some time. Harvey my last dog was a great eater. It is sorta breaking my heart.

Him not eating - I feel he is sad. Stupid ole me.

If a dog isn't eating the chances are they are ill.

yes i thought that he's not that great - will see how he feels after tomorrow and will bring him to vets on Monday and he is due a groom (not with same with vets on Tuesday). god I hope he eats tomorrow. He is such a lovely dog.

Is he drinking?

His water bowl never goes empty - he never ever was a big drinker.

Even when I brought him back from a big long walk Harvey would have rushed to the water bowl - no your wee man Maxie can survive without. I just leave him fresh water every day - I think he takes a sip now and again. the bowl is out in the back yard and also in the kitchen. Two bowls.
