Scratch Cards

i bought 2 scratch cards when i came to scratch them the top coating would not come of i rang and was told to send them back they would take a look and return my money what if they are wining cards i asked they didnt know

Is there a serial number or something similar identifying the cards. If so send them in quoting the number and asking them to be returned to you once they have removed the coating.

I wouldn't take it too seriously if I were you. I have just won £1 on a scratchcard and will buy another with my winnings. No doubt that's where it all will end!
