Whatsapp No Blue Tick

I am having trouble sending messages within a WhatsApp group, I only get one grey tick, sometimes two, but no blue tick so messages don’t seem to be getting received. Messages I send to other people are fine. What is the problem ??

People can turn off the blue ticks... my daughter does. If you press on the last message you sent and select "i" (information) at the top, it will tell you whether it has been read.

Btw, I'm sure you know... one grey tick means you have sent it, two means "everyone" has received it and two blue means "everyone" has read it. So if someone has muted the group, you won't get blue ones.

Your messages are just fine, because it's a group not everyone reads them and this is why the ticks aren't blue.
