Its safe but is it necessary? Sorry Im not very knowledgable on alternative therapies. I would definately recommend multivits and cod liver oil. Whats the other stuff for? I do know milk thistle is meant to be good if you are going on the lash though!!! :)
as far as i know its ok, i take multivits, milk thislte and zinc tablets, but whats cats claw and what does it do?
I would call into a health shop, because you can believe it or not overdo supplements.
saw a report on tv which said that multi-vitamins have very little benefit, but companies push the products obviously for gain.a sensible diet with plenty fruit and veg also oily fish i.e mackerel is all you should really need. dont waste your money on multi-vits.
I'm no medical expert and I don't know your age but it does rather seem an excessive amount to me. If you are eating a balanced healthy diet containing plenty of fresh fruit and veg you should really be getting all your supplements from these. I'm certainly past my first flush of youth and take one cod liver oil pill a day but am fairly confident that my diet is providing everything else I need. You're putting a lot of income into the pockets of the manufactuers and I really wonder whether your expenditure is gaining you anything if you're already eating a healthy diet.
