Puppy toilet training

Does anyone know how i can stop my 9 month old jack russell puppy from going outside then coming into the house to go the toilet? I managed to get him toilet trained but now about once a day he will go to the loo inside the house. I know he's acting out but cant stop him doing it. When i thought i managed to sort it out he started to do it again a week later. Help!

Is he using the same place in the house to 'go' all the time? If so try and restrict his access to that place. Is it when he is left alone? Do you have a garden or yard that he goes in? Is he peeing in the house (or the other!)? Is it a certain time of day?

There could be many reasons why he is doing this - need a little more information to reply properly.
