How long does it take,and how easily, does a 15 week old Chihuahua,adjust to a new home and new surroundings?

Depends on how much time you spend with it. A word of advice, give it several small meals at first, as they can suffer from low blood sugar if they are stressed, particularly when first in a new home, and can easily go downhill. I know their meals are small anyway, but lots of little bursts of energy are better for them.

Try not to stress it out too much, just relax and let it come to you for a fuss and for food, rather than try to force yourselves on it. Almost pretend to ignore it and just act as though its been there forever.

Juvenile hypoglycaemia is what I was trying to think of. It can affect any of the toy breeds.
