I wholeheartly agree with what you are saying Iankeela, however when you pay top whack for your puppy from a respectable breeder (who you have made comments on in a previous post) you do not expect to be lied to.
I never brougt my dog to breed, but with regards to breeding him, this right has now been taken away from me. Isn't that one of the reasons you pay good money for a good pedigree. I probably would have got a better pedigree if I had gone to a rescue centre.
On my five generation pedigree, which shows my dogs parents, grand parents etc shows on paper that my dog has got a fab pedigree; it shows the dogs with low hip scores and under the breed standard. So my breeders under the KC breeding scheme have done nothing wrong, they have mated two dogs with low hip scores, and this is why they are allowed to register the dogs with the Kennel Club, however they have dismissed aunties/uncles/siblings that have HD and really bad Hip Scores.
But in this wonderful world of the dog breeding; breeders don't need to take into consideration any litters in previous litters or any other dogs in the bloodline that have also produced litters that have HD, as long as they continue to breed two dogs with low hipscores they are doing nothing wrong.
soo kennel club registered or pedigree can be seen! is there a difference?
my opinion NO
