Shih Tzu and Thoroughbred Genus and species

I was wondering if anyone knew of the genus and species of a shih tzu and a thoroughbred.

(Sorry if this question has already been asked by me, vut I couldn;t see it)

Shih tzu: Canis (genus) lupus (species) familiaris (subspecies).

Thoroughbred: Equus (genus) caballus (species).

Both shih tzus and thoroughbreds are 'breeds' and so share the latin classification with other dog and horse breeds, respectively.
