My daughter ate cat poo when she was a toddler.I rang the docs but they wernt too concerned. She was fine, and i think cat poo is probably worse than GP poo,so i think your daughter will be fine.
We had a Chinchilla who use to roam around the sitting room. One day I dropped a packet of nuts, raisins and chocolate chips on the carpet. Not wanting to waste them I scooped them up and popped them in my mouth(I know we always tell the kids not to do this).Suddenly I got a very gritty bit and realised I had scooped up some Chinchilla poo aswell.I'm still here after 20 years,so I think your daughter will be fine.
It's not something that I would advise but as the others say I doubt it will do her much harm. Young children usually eat all sorts of things while they are growing up anyway and survive quite well
