We are now ready to have a new labrador after losing Rosie. Having lots of problems finding a yellow bitch from field trial strain any ideas Tried the internet and ad mag I live in Nottinghamshire

Also magazines like Horse & Hound etc. usually carry adverts for dogs from working lines.

Reputable breeders wouldn't advertise in things like local ad mags. They more often use word of mouth or through breed clubs.

have a list of breeders as well as a forum, where you could ask for help.
There are always plenty of labradors for sale in the back of Shooting Times,
also look on the Kennel Club website, they have pedigree dogs for sale.
