Both are beautiful boys, Harvey was a rescue dog we got 2 years ago. We have had Gregs since he was a puppy and is the ripe old age of 4.

What a great question, and some lovely answers!
We have five rescue cats - Bertie a gorgeous ginger tom, Lulu- a peachy tortie who was found close to death with her leg trapped in her collar, Mandu - abandoned and left to starve and luckily made her way to our garden where our dog Teddy(sadly no longer with us) kept guard over her and alerted us to the fact that the poor little mite was living in our bushes, Poppy - took shelter at an old folks' home where one of the carers sprayed her with polish, poured water over her and threated to finish her off with rat poison(goodness only knows how she treats the old folk in her 'care'!), Bilbo Baggins - thrown down a rubbish chute in a block of flats when only a couple of months old.
We are also fosterers for Cats' Protection and currently have Kitkat in our pen.

I have one cat - Samuel L Jackson Hemingway to give him his full name - Sam for short obviously although he gets called all sorts of things.
He's about 5, got him from Battersea a couple of years ago. He a long-haired ginger and white moggie with 26 toes including opposable thumbs on his front feet. He's the most affectionate, most stupid, most infuriating, most loveable beast I've ever known!

I have two mini-teckels (dachshund's) named Winston and Maggie. Their full names are Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher. My husband has a mix named Benjamin (BJ). I recently had to euthanize my rabbit named Bugs. And we have two fish (unnamed) that have been around for probably 15 years. We used to have cats name Hercules and Angel, two other rabbits named Lightening and Brownie, several other unnamed fish which did not live very long, two hermit crabs that my husband froze to death by turning down the heat too much, a few hamsters that died from a syndrome called wet tail, etc.
