for you scientists/health advisors/cats/laser lights
Hello,
Is it safe for cats to chatter to red laser lights, or do red lasers really cause what some people believe to be fits. Its not something you hear in their range when they fight with others cats.or when theyre hungry. It just seems a little unnatural to me. And some cats that are thought to be saying "hello". What are your views?

I've stopped K jnr doing it now, cos I was worried about the light, if it came into contact with the cat.
In answer to other question, I'm sure cats talk to us - some are more chatty than others (my Cleo never shuts up!!).

I bought a small red laser light a few weeks ago and tried it on Frankie one night - he went nuts trying to catch it. But then when I got fed up playing and put it away he spent ages trying to find the light. I am not sure about using it again as I am not sure how safe it is.
My Frankie is very vocal - I can hear "hurry up" "feed me" "wake up I'm hungry" and a few other phrases.
His sister always sounds as if she is all giggly and girly when she talks. She is no lady though - keeps beating her brother up.

Had to smile - Frankie sounds just like Monty! He chases the reflection from my watch as well! Cleo (Monty's sister) is so chatty - she's always greeting us - me & the other cats & the dogs! It cracks me up when I see all 5 cats walking up the drive - they look like a pride of lions off on the hunt!
