OMG 2 husky x labrador crosses and a one year old, you must be out of your mind. Cant offer any tips for getting them to go in one area, as although I did train some collies to not 'go' on a grassed area at our other house, I think you may find this difficult at this stage. All you can do is to take them out when they need to empty themselves and put them on the area you want them to do it on, and give them plenty of praise. Irrelevant of where our dogs 'go' I get it up straight away as I think there is nothing worse than seeing dog poop around the place anyway.
As to them going on concrete, you may have trouble with that too as majority of dogs do like grass, especially bitches. Mine have to go out walking twice a day to do whatever they need, as one 'doesnt do slabs/concrete' and another one will only go a piece of astro turf I got when they were re laying some tennis courts, in fact, that wouldnt be a bad idea if you could get hold of some astro turf for them to 'go' on, as it is easy to clean and disinfect.
Still think you are mad though, dont take this the wrong way, but I wouldnt have sold you two dogs with a one year old, and husky's are very difficult for an inexperienced owner, I wouldnt worry too much about the lawn, as give it three months and it will be all mud anyway, as you cant keep them out of the garden to play. and husky's are very rarely let off the lead in public places as they just run and run and run, and you wont get them back. good luck !!
