My daughters terrapin has stopped eating and is very lethargic and will not open its eyes and it looks like a skin has formed across the eyes
any ideas on what might of caused this or cure it
prev dog bathing ??

The skin is the terrapin's eyelids - they usually flick over the eyes as the terrapin blinks on land, or they cover over to protect the eyes when it is the water.

If its eyes are closed, and it is not eating, it sounds like it is poorly - a trip to the vet will confirm if everything is OK.
