Canibalistic Blue Fantail?

Anyone ever seen a Canibalistic Blue Fantail? My wife just saw ours eating a White Cloud Mountain Minnow whole! Thought is was debris at first but then realised it was a tail! Managed to get it to regurgitate it in case it was alive but lo and behold NO HEAD OR INSIDES!!

It's a Goldy isn't it?

If so then yep it'll eat them- basically a goldy will anything it can fit in its gob. I found that out myself when my own goldy ate all 3 of the minnows in with it, I felt terrible about it.

We started off with about 15 minows and they have been slowly dissapearing. We thought they were getting sucked into the filter!
I really didn't think it would be the friendly face goldfish lol!

lol, yeah- goldys are terrible, like i said, if it'll fit in their gobs they'll eat it.

Yes its true friendly faced goldy will have eaten the missing minnows.
