my cat is bleeding she was in heat last 2 weeks

take your cat to the vet asap - they do not normally bleed. Also, unless you are planning to use her for breeding, she can be spayed....It is a bad idea to keep an entire female, allowing her to come into heat repeatedly without breeding, because they are then prone to uterine infections which are expensive to treat & if not caught early can be fatal.
