Hi. You will have to be a bit more specific, what training have you done with your dog, and how old is it? If it is a puppy then you have to take it out in the garden after every meal/drink and after playing and waking up (the pup, not you), also take it outside in between times as well if you see it fidgeting, sniffing the ground and or turning around in circles, don't just let it outside but go out and stay with it until it has 'performed' give plenty of praise each time, if you find a puddle/mess in the house clean it up without fuss and take puppy outside, if you see the pup pee inside then in a firm voice say NO don't smack it but take it directly out in the garden. If it's an older dog then the principle is the same.

Why does he want to go to the bathroom? My dogs hate getting bathed.

If you mean he pees in the house, that's a different matter.

Get him to pee on newspaper and move it steadily closer to the door, then outside.
