i was just watching out of my window.. my neighbour has this teeny tiny georgeous looking jack russell type dog... were up on first floor so we have balconys.. this dog could easily fall through the bars for a start .. but my concern is this.. the woman was sitting just outside the doors and she reached inside and pulled the pup out by its head.. it squeeled... then she sat opposite a child of about 2 and used the dog as a ball.. they played catch with it... ive a mind to report it..

She was *throwing* the puppy around ???? omg.... please do report this, that is so cruel, the puppy could so easily be harmed if not traumatised. There are times when I would like to see these so called *owners* be treated as they treat their pets.... grrrrr and yep, this is one of them. What sort of message is this woman passing on to her child ?

they were feet to feet.. and only did it twice once to the little girl.. then reached over and did it again... this is why im asking.. maybe i should have been more descriptive maybe she was playing but it still seemed rough to me.. thats why i ask.. i tend to overreact sometimes... i adore animals you see..
No, you aren't over-reacting paulsmummy, get it reported! Please! My god, would she throw her children like that? Cruelty is cruelty, and if she thinks it's acceptable to do this, and in potential view of others, what must she be doing to the dog when no-one else can see?

I agree - that sounds cruel - report it please, Sal x
Plus the poor puppy could fall to its death anyway.

I hate people like this!

already done... i aint a grass... but what i saw was bad...
Hope these people get what they deserve.
Don't know who you have reported it to, but the RSPCA won't do anything unless it is being starved or abdandoned, but
as you say you do overreact sometimes, perhaps you are being a bit oversensitive about what you saw?
OMG !!! u done well to report it Paulmummys im glad i wasnt there at the time as i would have used her as a football and pulled her up by her head and seen how she liked it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr makes me angry seeing people abuse animals !!!!!!
Well done for reporting it, if it looked bad enough you make you worried about it then it is bad enough to report. I too would have been tempted to go and use the owner as a football to see how they like it!!!
Question Author
i phoned the rspca they said they would look into it... cruelty is cruelty isnt it?
Good for you - really glad you have reported it.

well someone out there was listening........not quite sure of the facts...but i saw my neighbour this morning..i asked how puppy was, she said "dunno, i got raided this morning, and the coppers took away the puppy on the asumption that it was stolen............she says she didnt.. she said she had papers, but i dunno................ think it'll be better off tho....... i wish i knew where tho.....it was georgus.. i'd have give it a home for sure...just thought u would all like to know this...
Sounds like a load of bollox to me, the police have no right to remove a dog just because they thought it was stolen. Thats if the police were even bothered about a stolen dog. I bet she got rid because it was too much trouble.
