what is the best canned dog food to feed my dog.

Butchers is very good, so is Chappie.
Unfortunately one of the most popular, Pedigree causes some horrible whiffs.

Butchers Tripe is good, Chappie contains lots of cereal so its ok for a dog that you want to put weight on, or one that has had a dicky tummy as its very bland, but nutritionally its crap.
I have used Pedigree on many dogs over the years (in small amounts) and never had a problem.

I never feed dogs on just tinned meat, mine have complete dried food with just a taster of meat, but even if you don't want to feed a complete food you should add mixer biscuit to tinned meat as meat alone is not enough.
