should cats have a wet nose
3 Answers
cos my monsta has a very dry nose, and always has. he has always, always got plenty of water, but eats dry food 6 days out of 7. he goes out less as he gets older (hes about 13 now) and sits right next to the radiator quite alot. is it a sign of dehydration? does the saying 'a healthy dog should have a cold wet nose' apply to a cat?

Just keep an eye on his water intake as because of the problem I have with my cat at the moment it is important that they drink every day, and eating dry food should make them drink more. My cat had to go to the vet today because he hadn't had a drink since Sunday.
