dressing up dogs!

Did anyone watch This Morning I think it was yesterday or the day before, anyway they were dressing up all these poor dogs in Christmas clothes, they had coats, leggings and stupid hats on, I got quite cross watching it those poor dogs looked most uncomfortable, ffs they are dogs not little children! What are your opinions on this.

Lankeela; dressing the dog in fancy getups is ill treatment. The dog needs to be able to freely move its legs (arms) and if these are stuffed into a fancy jumper or overcoat it restricts the dog. Also, do you imagine that these dogs are going to be allowed to run, roll, sniff, paddle, etc if their person has put them into such getup? And by the way, I'm not refering to the type of protective 'coat' that just sits on the dogs back with a girth strap to keep it on.

Agree with you entirely Madmaggot, a dog should be able to do doggy things not be treated like a child!
