Hi
It depends on how long she has been sleeping on your bed. The longer she has, the more difficult it will be to train it out of her.
Imagine if someone stopped you doing something that you had done all your life, you'd be upset too, dogs haven't even got the power of reason and the only way they can communicate is by whining and barking. Thats why she does it.
My advice is to take a hard view and don't return to her whatever the circumstances. She won't come to any harm just because shes not in your bed, just sit it out. The longer shes slept with you, the more nights she will whine.
If you ever return to her during the night you will only confirm to her that if she whines, you will come and that starts a catch 22.
Good luck
