Boy Starts Fire

I felt so sorry for the five year old boy who started the fire. He must have felt terrified to take such drastic action to encourage his parents to move. What effective measures can be taken to help eliminate this yobbish tendency in some of our teenagers. Do we need to throw lots of money into youth activity schemes to give them all more to do, or would tax payers object to massive investment in local schemes for teenagers? I really don't remember such widespread yobbery when I was younger. Maybe my generation were just lucky that such behaviour was mainly confined to football stadiums in the 1970's.

well i hope the little lad isnt going to keep trying it just to get his parents to understand what hes feeling.

how old are the thugs tormenting him, they should get a clip round the ear, but bet their parents arent bothered by their actions, as long as they are out of the house

btw, i think teenagers have more activities available now than in the 70s and 80s.

a town pays for a skate park that the teenagers want and what happens, its attacked by arsonists a week after opening, the thugs wont appreciate anything thats provided for them at all
