Puppy tooth questions

my 22 week old male puppy has started to loos a few of his teeth and all have seemed to be growing back fine however his bottom cainine hasnt yet come out but has another tooth growing just behind it, is this a cause of concern?

Try giving him a marrow or knuckle bone to chew on which might loosten it, but if it doesn't come out of its own accord the vet can soon remove it. However, the stronger canines are usually the last to come loose. Have you kept one? I have got one from my first GSD born in 1978!

thanks for replying, we haven't managed to keep any of his teeth, think he must keep eating them.
our first pup needed one of his teeth removing as it didn't come out on its own. It was no problem and very quick, under GA. Teeth tend to come out while the pup is eating and get swallowed with the food
