advise please my rescue dog keeps messing in my house

Jessie is approx a 4 years old rescue, Jack russell cross. We have had her about 4 months and she is truely wonderful. In her previous home, I understand , she was left all day with newspaper down and walked very rarely. I leave her approx 8.30 am until noon ( she has two walks prior to this ) and then walk her again during my lunchbreak returning home again at 3.30 pm. We then have a really good walk and a number of short trips during the evening .

She regulary wees and poos during the day which is one thing , however she also does the same when we are all in the house, sometimes only 20 mins after returning from her walk. This is getting me down as daily I am cleaning up mess and puddles.

She has some seperation anxiety issues as she barks and jumps madly about when i return home and it can often take 10 mins during my lunch hour of turning my back and ignoring her , until she calms enough to get her on the lead on!

I understand that she may still be a little unsettled and her past toilet training has not helped but how can i discourage her from soiling in the home? She is such a sweetie and wonderful with both my teenagers and resident cats and we all adore her but would love some advise from experianced owners as quite how to handle this . I use proper stuff from the vet to clean the area and she has been checked out with them. She had had a litter of pups just prior to coming here and has been and spayed with no medical conditions, been checked with vet.

We teach our dogs to pee and poo on command. When you take her out and she pee's tell her "wee wee , good girl" or "poo poo" whichever is appropriate. They then get the right idea where to go, she sounds as if she has never been housetrained

The dog does not need to go in the house if it is healthy. I have done no more than crate train my 2 dogs and though it took time they are both house trained. The crate would give your dog no choice other than hold it until you let it out. I do still keep one dog in the crate but thats from experience of having the house trashed.
