Update on 3 legged dog.

The local RSPCA have agreed to rescue the dog and promise to re home him. He is still begging at my daughters door and she has been feeding him all the time. Good news is that he is very child friendly ( my daughter has 3 girls and the dog just wags his tail when they stroke him) I will say this just once more as time is running out now, the dog is in Southport, Merseyside so if anyone can give him a home then I will give you a phone number.

I'm confused, if the RSPCA have said they will rescue him why is he still at your daughters door begging?

RSPCA don't act very quickly divegirl, certainly not out of hours in my experience.

wow, im pleasently surprised the RSPCA are getting off their bums and doing something about it!

Let's hope the poor thing now has a chance of finding owners who care about him. How long are the orginal owners away for?

No one knows Boo, also an added complication is that the owner is a builder and often away working.

In my area a few months ago, there were two dogs that needed rehoming, collies I think. One of them was blind so when they went for walkies, they had a lead that joined them together so the blind one didn't get lost.

You could post on this rescue forum if you do then I am sure someone would come forward and help very quickly, probably faster than the RSPCA.
