Im going on holiday and im leaving my male 4 and half month old kitten with my sister, the trouble is my sister also has a kitten the same age and sex. Im going in a week so no time to introduce them slowly, they have met twice and were very playful and fighting (i couldnt tell the difference). Im going for two weeks, will the two kkittens be ok together? My sister also works so the two kittens will be left alone some of the time too! Im worried, will my little kitten be ok in a new place, with new people and another kitten?

They should be fine. I think you will find they will enjoy each others company and probably miss each other when separated again. Kittens love to play with other kittens usually. I would imagine they will be a handful the two of them lol

Your kitten will most likely be very shy for the first few days - new people/smells etc... It might be worth seeing the vet to...

You would be surprised how well cats and kittens adapt . As long as they get food and attention they will be fine. A friend of mine looks after cats and dogs in peoples houses when they go on holiday and the animals are always happy and pleased to see her when she calls so I would not worry.
Is it possible to put them in different rooms, until your sister comes home? With a litter tray each of course.

Thankyou for your responses, i think i might suggest to my sister to keep them in seperate rooms while shes out then bring them together while shes there, im gonna swap their blankets this week so they get used to each others smells aswell, hopefully they will get on and my little kitten will be ok, thankyou x
its a goo idea to keep them apart to start with if she is not around - but if they get on well.. it would be a shame to keep separating them - especially if they enjoy each others company when the house is empty!

and great idea about swapping blankets!!
