Do you put down paper for her when you are out? Take some of the soiled paper-and a bit of poo-and put outside where you want her to go.
As I said-don't give her the run of the house when you are out-limit her to hall or kitchen...or get a crate...she is not likely to go where she sleeps-so may learn to keep it in while she is confined.

little confused with your answer but basically what may work is that she goes out more frequently - she is still very young and therefore prone to accidents - she will certainly pick up on any irritation on your part. Don't ever hit the dog - whatever the circumstances that culminate in the dog messing in the house then it's your fault and not the dogs - you haven't allowed the dog sufficient time or she is being left alone for too long - she is not 'saving it up to punish you' -
