What would be the difference in treating a 2 year old dog with lymphoma or malignant histiocytic sarcoma. Diagnosed with latter in November but would have been last March too (long story) and he is very well been on Steroids etc but have got 3 Lomustine tabs to give him and really dont want to. Is the treatment the same for both diagnoses as it has not spread (had USS and chest x-ray) but has enlarged lymph nodes in abdomen having had enlarged politeal lymph nodes in hind leg.? Thanks
