Truly I cannot imagine being able to raise and housetrain a pup at the same time as taking care of a newborn. For our own health and that of the baby, I wouldn't introduce the complications of cleaning up after pup at this stage, also as you get bigger, bending to clean, picking up the pup, and moving fast to stop pup misbehaving will get harder and harder.
I would certainly wait until your child is a good bit older. My neighbour has a puppy and it's taking up a lot of her time. You don't want a pup under your feet when your baby-bump is too big for you to see it, you're bound to have toilet accidents, puppies take a lot of energy. You also don't want the risk of infection from puppy-poo when you have a tiny baby.
