I nearly lost my new rabbit.

I bought a Bottle Bunny in a shop in town, and then I went in a few other shops.

I left my bunny somewhere.

I went back to Waterstones, and asked a girl at the checkout if they'd had my rabbit bottle opener handed in ... (they hadn't).

There was that little moment of silence, and then she said ...

(in a voice that said "Oh my god, this is inevitable")

... "He takes the bottle top off with his teeth, doesn't he."

Which, of course ... I had to admit ... "he" does.

If anyone has not seen the ultra cool Bottle Bunny ... here he is ...

Don't be silly. Have you seen how big ...

Okay, no ... forget that.
God, after your various contributions to the coprophilia thread, jayne, I thought you meant something more than a rabbit bottle opener.......

though there are women known to enjoy the occasional bottle.........so I guess a rabbit opener would be most apropos.

Don't be silly, DTC.

Why would I take Mr Buzzy into Waterstones ???

Trime ... Oh, purleeeeze !!!
Don't be silly.....

(i) after the threads tonight, anything is possible, including in the staid environs of Waterstones - a rabbit beats the Anarchists in Fortnum's!

(ii) my old uni gf (and we are still good friends) used to take a vibe into the Uni Library to help her with her studies, said it gave her light relief. She is still highly sexed! Hope she isn't reading this......so Waterstones, a mere doddle or is that dilldo?

LOL

Our Waterstones is quite jolly.

Our local Big Issue seller stands outside. He has the wildest orange beard you've ever seen. He should be an extra in a Scottish historical movie.

Or maybe he was.

I must ask him.

I wonder if he's seen my rabbit?

Oh, and at the top of the stairs on the right is the second biggest section in the shop ... Gay Literature.

(second after Modern Fiction, obviously)
That bunny is horrible. My immediate reaction was Eeeurgh! I wouldn't let him open my bottles.
