Nothing whatsoever to do with Easter, but with a bit of luck I shall be collecting 3 chickens on Sunday.

Any suggestions for names?

I was thinking Charlotte, Emily and Anne.

The FH suggested Tikka Masala, Balti and Dansak.

love these names

Winkin, Blinkin and Nod.
Joy, Teddie and Babs? You must be even older than me, Mark, to remember the Beverley Sisters. Saw them in pantomime at the Newcastle Empire in 1956.
It's just general knowledge, Mike...
I am not allowed near chickens, they are life threatening to me due to a severe allergic condition. I would love chickens and I would take the rescued ones from the chicken sheds.

Milly, Molly, Mandy

That won't mean a thing to you Barmaid, but it will to us old birds!!
Kay, Eff and Cee
Now that suggestion, Milly, deserves a prize!
agree with Mike, prize should go to Milly :o)
Good, Bad and Ugly..
And the prize will be an Easter Egg.

Chickens obviously have something to do with Easter Barmaid. Look at all those little yellow fluffy chicks everywhere.

So Easter Sunday is a lovely day to collect them!!
I was going to suggest Tandoori, tikka and stir-fry, but how about ginger, mac and Bunty from the film chicken run
Aaahhh, that's cheered me up. Thanks!
If I am honest the names I like best are the ones in Barmaid's original question. Just lovely old fashioned names for little chicken ladies.

I liked them too Lofty (using the Bronte sisters!).

But yes, prize (if there was one) goes to Milly. Which made me laugh no end.

I think it will have to wait until I actually get them and see what their personalities are though.

Easter Sunday will be exactly one year to the day that I lost my old cat. She'd have absolutely loved having chooks in her garden.

I've just told the FH we are having 3 rather than 2 (he agreed 2). But all the advice I have been given is that they are happier as a trio. He's not happy. But they will be, so that's OK. ;)
ASBO's lunch, ASBO's dinner and ASBO's supper?
boiled, scrambled and poached !
ena, mamya and gran ;0)

lol Wolf - he is the cat who worries me most over this project!!!!!! He has already been in the hen house several times.
Wuff, Snuff, and Tuff (now that is one for the oldies)
Keren, Siobhan and Sara (although I think she may me a Sarah)
