I was watching a replay of the royal wedding earlier and having rewound and played it back again, there is a runaway horse that gallops past the side of the bride & grooms carriage ! Not sure where the rider went ???? Did anyone else spot this ?

Got it...I was right, my eyesight isnt going funny afterall... Media URL: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/royal-wedding/8483481/Royal-wedding-procession-rider-thrown-from-horse.html
Description:
Yes it threw its rider down on Whitehall while most of us were watching the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh climb into their carriage at the Abbey.

They tried to hold the horse but it got away and apparently found its own way home to the Hyde Park Barracks ! Neither horse nor rider were harmed.
in todays daily mirror, it says that a rider took a tumble right near the carriage!
It shows you the rider laying on the floor, with the horse with its legs sprayed out on the floor too
Never trust and animal that eats it's own crap.

My best friends dad used to keep 5 horses and we used to hang about the stables.
Horses seem to attract young girls and we were attracted to the stables by the girls (I was 17 at the time).
Watched horses start to eat their own waste a few times

Ive never witnessed a horse eating its own dung before ????
they shouldn't be in a situation where they can...if they do it shows they are being poorly kept.
@woofgang - My mates dad was an expert at everything type of bloke.
Everything he was involved in lasted for a couple of years with enthusiasm and big plans and ended up in tears or being sold and then he would move on to the next hobby or venture.
I have no doubt the horses were not kept properly. But I know nowt about horses , other than what I observed.
However at 17 the horses were not my focus at the time :-)
Once one stood on my foot also.
You only let that happen once !
Another time one tried to bite the wing on my Renault 6 ( My pride and joy) and left a mark in the paint work.
This is where I developed my miss trust of Gee Gee's ....
