No cats or kits rehomed today. Took in mum stray & 5 kits which are approx 5 weeks old & we think mum is pregnant again!! This is why people should have their cats nuetered, too many unwanted cats/kittens!

The kitten I took off my daughter and passed on to my great niece was neutered 3 weeks ago now and she was only born at the end of October, the vet apparently was happy to do this and did not want to delay the op. she was only young but it's better than putting a young cat through having a litter whilst they themselves are still growing.

We have them done at 6 weeks dotty, people say its too young but too many unwanted cats/kittens in this world!

It's a pity they can't breed a gene into cats (and humans) that makes only a small percentage fertile.

I joke to my lady cat (born feral) that she would have been continually pregnant if she had to live rough - but it is a horrible reality.
