Twice this week the they have had a snake involved in the acts, (looks like the same snake to me).
I don't mind dogs as they wouldn't perform if they weren't happy, but snakes cant show their feelings or if they are enjoying it and surely the flashing lights and loud music dosent do them any good?

Most Circus's are not allowed live animals theses days, why is BGT allowed?

Why are dogs allowed to judge?
If they are tame home pets, I can't see reason why not.
well as snakes are deaf I don't see that the noise is a problem but whether or not the lights etc cause stress as trt says is debateable - have to say I don't like to see it though.
Snakes are not deaf! Just because they don't have ears does not mean they are deaf! Snakes have pretty good hearing in their own way and and are very sensitive to sound vibration. I think it cruel. It's like saying 'Oh well this two week old pup can't see as it's eyes aren't open so lets juggle with it!''
An extreme example I know, but personally I feel that there is no need to have any animal 'perform' in that way!
