De fleaing cats
6 Answers
Hey guys!
Hope you are all doing good :-)
Right, we have 2 cats who we de flea every 3 months using frontline, last done in May. They are already scratching and we think they have fleas, we live on a farm and there Are foxes and rabbits and all sorts about. Could we frontline them again even though it hasnt been 3 months?
Obviously don't want the flat full of the evil critters but not sure if we can do it again before 3 months is up.
Thanks! :-)

Just Google the question and you will see. I had the same problem as you that's how I found out. Try Advantage, or Stronghold (cheaper than A). BTW I thought FL Spot-on was every 5 weeks - not that it matters cos it doesn't work. My vet has stopped stocking it.
hi wiggal why not try the spray from the vets its called genitrix r.i.p its brill iv used it as i used to be damb near eaten away with the little blighters its not cheap stuff but it does its job but as for re doing your cats i couldnt say but try the spray in your home you wont be disapointed it kills them bleeders stone dead lol
My two cats have had a problem with fleas this year but I use Advocate once a month and sprinkle the dried herb Penny Royal everywhere one evening and vacuum it up the following day which seems to stop the problem. Penny Royal causes the fleas to abort their eggs which breaks their life cycle meaning no more fleas. Because of this you shouldn't use it around pregnant women or pregnant pets just in case.
