For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.By Bull breeds I assume they mean Staffs, Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers and their crosses rather than Bulldogs. Also there are a now a lot of what are called 'American Bulldogs' or Old Thyme Bulldogs which are just crosses. I think its just a way of trying to cut down the numbers, as most of the chav owners wouldn't be able to pay.
