/// Professor Derrick Pounder, head of forensic medicine at Dundee University, to see if other prisoners in the jail in Surat have been ill-treated.///

/// The professor’s 10-day visit, funded by legal aid, starts on December 12. A Delhi-based expert in forensic medicine will join him and their report to Westminster magistrates in January will be crucial in deciding if the extradition request is upheld. ///

Should we be spending this money to discover if it is safe to send this child killer back to India?

Meanwhile the bomber is free as a bird in England and working as usual at his greengrocers shop in Bolton.

You couldn't make it up, could you.

I think you mean the suspect.
What happened to innocent until proven guilty? You don't mind a British person being sent abroad to face possible torture? As for his working in his own shop, you'd be mumping if he'd been on benefits, if he were in prison you'd be banging on about the expense of keeping him inside.
