My little collie used to be riveted in front of One Man and his Dog
Question Author
she's lost interest now Euphemia, we're playing fetch the ball at present!....
Sounds fun!
Question Author
Oh!.....she's watching again now, seems to like the animals, but not interested in the birds!........can have a little break from playing fetch the ball!...........phew!........
She has obviously settled in very well.
Question Author
Yes quite well Euphemia, but she's very busy!.....I can't move without her being right there, and walking on the lead!.....she's awful!.......she is so distracted by everything and everyone!.........it's hard going.......but we will prevail!...............
May be it's the thought of David Attenborough's balls that she likes.......

Seriously, have you discovered the joys of Bittersweet Apple to spray on the chewed items. 99% of dogs hate it and stop.......the 1% who love the tatse, well that is a real problem. Any could pet shop to source for it.
Question Author
thanks DT, yes I have some!.....deters her for a couple of hours, and that's all!.......
They had arctic wolves on last week and my youngest dog Isla was really interested in that - she sat straight up, and watched intently for a few minutes, but wasn't over impressed by the killer whales and went to sleep again. I had forgotten it was on tonight and shall watch it on iplayer in a little while (after Masterchef!)
just keep the spray onslaught up, especially the furniture and what you value.....worth training them to chew something that you "approve of," whatever that is, just to give them a wee outlet (Not shoes etc)
She sounds like she's quite a handful welsh - any new photos yet?
Question Author
DT, she has hide chews, and will chew them sometimes, but mostly prefers to chew anything and everthing that she shouldn't!........she's a witch!.......lol........
