Weird indeed. Seems it can lie dormant for almost a year before resurfacing.
Its very sad.
This condition is equally as odd and cruel.

OMG daffy, never seen anything like it in my life till a couple of days ago. Luckily it doesnt seem to effect the cats in anyway other than passing out? Thanks for the link x
Truely weird, but probably more distressing for the owners?
Sadly, the kittens shown in the video both died not long after the video was released. The condition that causes the fainting in cats is usually fatal.

Oh flipping heck, thats awfull, and very distressing for the owners x
The kittens seems to me to be sick anyway, and the way they jump before falling looks more like a cerebral condition rather than a loss of consciousness. Very sad all the same. I suppose for them it is lucky that they died as they appeared to be under stress.
maybe it was caused by bad breeding... not much of a cat person but that seems it wasnt a illness more of a born disease...
oh sorry i only saw the cat one the dog one seems interedting never seen anything like it besides fainting goats
