Several of you will be away visiting relatives but I hope you can still get a connection to play one or both of our weekend challenges.
It is a new month so the leaderboards have been wiped clean. You are all on a level playing-field.
The MM game almost ended in a crisis when the post of setter was twice declined. Fortunately, 'Regal Roslyn', the outright winner, came to the rescue and despite setting the links just a few months ago, agreed to do so again for April.
Catch the intro in Q&P at 8:45 tomorrow morning and then post your guesses as soon as possible after the challenge words are posted at 9:00. Bonus points favour the speedy in this game.
Maybe your attitude is much more laid back?
If so the KM version of the game may be more to your liking since you can play that one at any time over the weekend with an equal chance of points. That too is launched in Q&P, but at a slightly earlier hour by Seekeerz who resides in Australia so the early post is no great deal.
Why not play both games? New players are always welcome. The MM game is set by one of our own, but the Km version is based on whatever Kate Mepham chooses in her GK crosswords published in the Daily Telegraph on Saturday & Monday.
The 'Shrubbery' is now open. Rumour has it that eggs are hidden within the garden. Who can find them?
