Thursday and it's overcast here. The first narrow boat to go on the Stroudwater Navigation Canal in over 80 years, went down the slipway last night. The first of many.

Congrats on your launch WBM - it has always bemused me that tug boats push barges, not pull them as implied by the name.

And then there was this barge floating along in the Fal estuary.
Ahead of it was this cruise ship. The cruise ship, asked the barge,
"Hey, are you the Love Boat?" To which the barge replied,

"No, I'm a freight yacht!"

Calm here, not sunny, not that grey - at least the humidity is down for the moment.

Mornin' WB..at last a bit of respite from the heat....just in time , I was about to turn into a cinder.
Just going for a long walk accross the local golf course...first time I've been out for a week..
