I took Alfie for walkies earlier with his new ball thrower. I threw the ball a few times and he chased and fetched it enthusiastically. All.of a sudden he put the ball down, turned around and did a massive you-know-what right on top of the tennis ball.

He was genuinely perplexed as to why I wouldn't throw the ball for him after that.

I have a window that opens both ways, if I slide it to the right the cat will come in, if I slide it to the left she meows at me as if the window is still shut, she cant inch herself in the opposite direction. I dont think shes thick though, just abit rain man. Likes routine.
Is my pet a bit thick? YES! He is a 3 year old JRT and he is the stupidest animal I have ever met. He needs round the clock care to lead him in the right direction, i.e. around the glass sundoor instead of into it! He has the mental capacity of a Goldfish but you cant help but love him!
One of our rabbits has a 'pet' mouse who sits in the rabbit's food bowl for hours.
I took on a stray cat that was bullied by magpies. They used to pull on her tail to get her away from her food dish. I've never seen anything like it since she died.

She always let them have the food, poor old girl. The most timid cat I've ever known. RIP Puss-Puss.

Nice reply from bill on the previous page.

What a charming individual.
Hmmm, how rude and yet the post remains which is annoying especially considering that many seemingly innocuous posts were pulled yesterday.
Question Author
Well bill is quite wrong about me. I might be dumb but I'm not thick!!

To me he doesn't sound at all thck, but highly intelligent with a wicked sense of humour !
Bill - if your comment was meant to be a joke it fell far wide of the make. If it was meant to offensive, then you succeeded.

Bill, I did not ask if my dog was a bit thick for not running after the ball, I asked if he was a bit thick for doing a dump on it and then expecting me to throw it for him.

And yes, I thought your post was quite rude.
\\And you think that its Alfie who is a bit thick ????????//

^ If you don't think that's rude Billy then you must be from New York.
Question Author
The most annoying thing is that Bill obviously didn't read my original post thoroughly.

Where did I say Alfie wouldn't chase the ball?
Hi NoM I posted earlier, just wanted to know if you are enjoying your new job

Thank God that is sorted.

By the way, it must take skill to dump on an object 3 inches in diameter that is out of sight...
Quite right. What a clever dog:-)
