Walked to the shops

as it's a lovely day and walked back. A mere 20 min jaunt in either direction.
Lovely autumn colours on the trees, the odd dollop of spit on the pavement, regurgitated take-away meals, squished dog-poo.
Humans are disgusting at times.
No question, just a moan.

Alba, that's one of my hates - why do people spit so much these days, it's foul.

Nah BB, most of the time it's very pleasant, just the usual day after the night before :-)

Boxy, I think spitting is gross and vile. I thought it was illegal as well but there are worse illegal things.
First time I caught one of mine spitting his head was birling 360 for at least 12 hours and couldn't spit :-)

Will comment on the nice side - I am surrounded by trees of all sorts and the glorious varying colours are a sight to behold, also have water out there and the autumn sunshine has been sparkling away mixed with the fallen russet leaves, a real visual treat.

on the street where I live (I know there's a song in there somewhere!) it's very pleasant, picturesque and mostly nice.
It's the walk into the town which is not pleasant, but a walk into the village is mostly always cheerful.

I think I've got a mostly attachment today :-D

we've just been to the garden centre outside the village and bought a white cyclamen and taken it across the village to the church to put on baby lilly's grave, it's been 2 weeks since they buried her and her flowers looked lovely in the sunlight today, poor little angel never even saw her first birthday, makes me so sad but grateful our anya is celebratingher ist tomorrow, sorry, gloomy on a lovely day.

she's getting a huge thomas the tank engine train set and all her pressies are wrapped in thomas paper!
