Only the breeder can register your puppy and if the parents are not KC registered they wont be able to, hence you will also not be able to register any puppies she has.

Why would you want her to have puppies?
Exactly why would you want her to have puppies, there are enough unwanted dogs at the moment.
Sounds as if you got her as a money maker rather than a pet!
Unfortunately the Dog Lovers Registration Club is a set up that registers dogs of any (or no) pedigree and its not worth the paper its printed on. They will even issue a registration/pedigree for crossbreeds! You won't be able to register her with the KC. Only the breeder can do that and only if both her parents are KC registered. I hope you did not pay a lot for her and I also hope that her parents were health tested or else you may find she has problems. I wish people would do their homework before spending their hard earned cash. No doubt if there are any problems people will blame all breeders instead of those who produce dogs without any care as to the health of the puppies.
