Bird Feeder that doesn't spill seed easily

We need to buy a couple of new bird seed feeders. Can anyone recommend a feeder that doesn't spill the feed easily? Whilst it's nice for the ground feeders if a little seed spills out of the feeders overhead when the birds are eating, we've been finding that seeds spills everywhere when the wind blows the feeders back and forth. This can empty a feeder in an hour. So if anyone knows of a feeder that doesn't do that I'd be v grateful - and so would the birds. Thank you.

I have a few of the plastic tube types - work really well and very little spillage.

I've fitted trays under my seed feeders which has reduced the spilling onto the ground. Mine just screwed into the base of the seed feeder.

I think I've seen the feeders plus trays for sale in 'The Home and Range' stores as well.
