I'm looking for the title of a children's book about a red squirrel; in the story the squirrel has no human features (he doesn't talk or use things like a person would) He is collecting nuts in someones garden and finds a locket, or similar, that the mum of the household lost. I think the title was the name of the squirrel and on the cover it had a picture of said squirrel and believe it had a green border. That's all I remember; have googled and it definitely isn't- Squirrel Nutkin by Beatrix Potter or The Adventures of Chatterer the Red Squirrel or Miss Suzy. Any help much appreciated!

It was Scurry's Treasure, an hoping to find mine at my mum's
yes, seeing the image on Google brings it all back and did for my daughter too, real blast from the past. I was searching through the Animal Ark books, thought it might have been one of those. Glad you found out anyway and hope you find your copy at your Mum's :)
